Our long-time sports coaches know the area well and appreciate the over 500 km of individual routes, between the Romagna hills and the coast to the Adriatic Sea. The Mediterranean climate and the renowned Romagna cuisine invite you to abandon yourself to the "Dolce Vita" with a glass of wine from our production. A relaxing fusion of sport and culture. This sporting week is very suitable for experienced and ambitious cyclists who want to increase their training.

Program

Our experience and our guides will not only introduce you to our beautiful region, but will also make you a better cyclist taking care of driving technique and training.In addition to technical training, long bike tours are planned in the near and far surroundings in the Emilia Romagna region and in the nearby Marche. Individual workshops and specialized presentations for the targeted muscle training of cyclists, as well as regeneration and relaxation complete this sport week and increase your sport culture. Attention is not only focused on performance, but to the joy of cycling, conviviality and fun. The daily program is adapted to the various performance levels of the group of participants and the weather conditions.

Our guides are athletes specialized in road cycling. They have made a name for themselves as guides in the Romagna sports scene, collaborating for years with the best bike hotels in the area. They specialize in training and continuous training, in personalized clinics, and pass on their skills with passion.

Here is our typical day

• Departure between 8-9 am with meeting point at the bike deposit point
• Routes based on your training and group

• Evening in the tavern at the hotel bar.

 Our Groups

Advanced beginner
Short distances, to enjoy the view, experience nature and finally feel on vacation. Routes of 50/60 km with a difference in altitude between 200 and 400 meters. Average speed between 15 and 20 km per hour. Because pedaling is not a job but a joy.

Trained cyclist
For those who make at least 2/3 outings per week. Distances between 60 and 100 km, difference in altitude between 400 and 1000 m., It is true we are at the sea but come with us and you will see that we will find the climb! The goal is to improve our physical state and have fun in the company.

Expert cyclist
For those who want to consolidate and improve their performance. Distances between 60 and 150 km, difference in altitude between 500 and 1200mt. Aim to fully experience the sport because fatigue is a pleasure in the end!

SATURDAY

Allocation of room places, bicycle collection or accommodation of your own.

Welcome drink and explanation of the next day's program: itinerary, Garmin track synchronization, study of routes.

SUNDAY

Everyone in the saddle! Departure of the first day of training. Rolling hills and soft paths.

MONDAY

Departure 9.15 am. Medium difficulty route lasting 3/4 hours.

TUESDAY

Departure at 9.15 am Route based on your group to return to the Pasta Party hotel, around 4 pm.

WEDNESDAY

Departure at 9.15 am. Long route and meeting at the farm at 12.30 am, the companions will be able to join them for lunch together.

THURSDAY

Departure 9.15 am. TODAY IS SERIOUSLY, BECAUSE IN A LITTLE TIME YOU GO HOME!

For accompanying persons, visit to the Port of Rimini and Arco d'Augusto.

FRIDAY

Departure at 10.00. For the more trained final day with a long course, for the less trained, a relaxing day.
